I have a subscription issue. What should I do?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your plan in App Store account settings, then email us if access does not update in Talki.

How can I report a bug?

Email us with steps to reproduce the issue, screenshots (if possible), and your device model + iOS version so we can investigate quickly.

Can I send feedback or feature ideas?

Yes. Feedback is very welcome. Email us with what you liked, what felt confusing, or what you would like Talki to support next.

How can I request account or data deletion?

You can request deletion from the Account page inside the app. If you need help, email us and mention the account email you use in Talki.
